It was a bitter cold January night, and a brutal slow Friday night as well. And then "Q" and his work buddies walk in all about mid 30's to 50's, and the night went like this......
They were clearly ready to party with their $1 bills in hand and game faces on. Then they introduce myself and my friend "L" to this little betting game they made up. The game starts by 1 person going to the bar and getting everyone else shots. While that is going on, 1 person out of the group thinks of a question directed towards that person getting the shots. Everyone puts a $1 in the center of the table and takes a guess at the answer, who ever gets closest without going over, gets the pot. And then everyone takes a shot. And then repeat it all until the bar closes or someone can't stand.
For example.
I ask a question about "L" so she goes and grabs shots at the bar. My question is "at what age did L lose her virginity?" We all take a guess, me- 15, Q- 13, J- 18, Z- 16. The answer was 16, so Z gets the pot and we all take a shot. And then I go to the bar next and Q asks a question about me, and so on!
